HSPTV!掲示板

ieオブジェクトでページを表示し、ボタンをクリックしたらスクロールするようにしたいと思い、掲示板の過去ログを参考に下のようなスクリプトを組んでみました。
しかし上手いことスクロールしてくれません。
何が原因なのでしょうか…？
