ビルドは最後まで終了しますが、binにapkが作成されません。
なぜかわからないので教えてください。

とは"ビルドに失敗しました"という意味です
つまりビルドできていません

そして私も現在NDKを使ったandroid向けのビルドが失敗します
JRE、androidSDK、NDKなどののバージョンが関係していると思うのですが…

解決方法ではなくてすみません

ログに出てることは確認したんですか？
jdkのインストールをしてないか、パスの通し方間違ってるかとか。

というかもっとログ読んでください。。。

もしかして環境変数って再起動しないと反映されない…？
前できなくて放置していたのをそのまま今やったら正常にビルドできました

解決方法は、環境変数にJAVA_HOMEというのを作り
内容にC:\Program Files\Java\jre7と入力するだけです(要再起動？)
環境変数の意味がわからないならばググって下さい
また「JAVA_HOME does not point to the JDK.」で検索するとわかるかもです

なんとかビルドできて、実機に転送まで進みました。

ソフトの再起動だけでいいと思います。
OSの再起動はしたほうがいいってレベルだと思います。
