phpのWarning - HSPTV!掲示板

最近、俺の環境ではHSP掲示板に書き込むと、以下のWarningをphpが吐き出すようになった。

phpには詳しくないのでよくわからないが、これは皆様の環境でもでますか？
また、これがプログラムのバグなら、おにたま様修正をお願いします。
